The movie seems to faithfully recreate some famous real-life moments, like when Richard Williams told tennis pro Rick Macci (played by Jon Bernthal) that he doesn’t have one, but two of the next Michael Jordans.

And, of course, there are definitely some VERY emotional moments that will make you cry like a baby.

Basically, the film seems to be an emotional and inspiring adventure. So get excited!

king richard will be in theaters November 19 and available to subscribers on HBO Max for 31 days after theatrical release.
